I can not say enough good things about this business or the people who work there. My daughter’s car broke down in town, we live 45 minutes away. So I asked around town to see who the locals recommended, the people I talked to said East Park Automotive is who you want! It was 7:30am the shop wasn’t even open, I saw a man working in the shop so I asked for his help. He stopped listened and then said he could help me he looked up the tow companies number in his phone for me and after I had the car towed within 5 hours the car was repaired and I was able to pick it up the same day. The job Brian did was awesome but what was even more awesome were his comforting words to me when I was stressing how I was going to work this out so my daughter had her car back for work. He and the wonderful lady he has working the front desk were a dream to work with! If you want that old time customer service and a job well done these are you people!!! As I said I live 45 minutes away but East Park is my new go to for any car services I need in the future!

I had a flat tire. The mechanic found where the problem was m. Most importantly they got me in when I came with no wait. Highly recommend them.
