This happened some years ago but my car overheated and I pulled off at their exit not even knowing they were there. I walked to their shop and they gave me some water to put in my radiator so I could drive to them and about an hour or so later I was on my way with a new hose clamp and topped off coolant. Nothing was wrong with my engine or radiator just a hose wasn't clamped properly. I don't know much about cars so they could have taken advantage of me but didn't.
